PART TIME Oral Surgery Dental Assistant

Here at Precision Implant Care, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and excellent customer experience. We are looking for a skilled surgical assistant to join our collaborative team. The surgical assistant is integral in helping the office run efficiently and providing patients with a positive experience. The right candidate should have working knowledge of surgical procedures & tasks to best anticipate doctor's surgical needs.

Responsibilities

• Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed for exams and surgeries
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and rooms
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Experience with dental implants a plus
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide patients with oral hygiene and pre and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Take x-rays and 3D Scans
• Inventory

Skills

• Proven experience in Oral Surgery and Implant Dentistry
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable

***This is a PART-TIME POSITION due to the OFFICE HOURS below:***

Cyclical work schedule:

Week 1: Sunday through Thursday full time (40-45 hours)

Week 2: One to Two Days (Typically Monday and/or Tuesday)

Week 3: Sunday through Thursday full time (40-45 hours)

Week 4: One to Two Days

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
