Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Part Time Order Entry specialist to join our team! This energetic role involves accurately inputting customer orders, managing data within our systems, and supporting our administrative functions. Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into our databases with precision
• Verify order details for accuracy, including quantities, specifications, and delivery instructions
• Maintain organized filing systems for order records, invoices, and related documents
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe PDF, is helpful but not required
• Visual Job Shop (VJS) experience is a plus
• Support clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and basic math calculations to ensure smooth workflow
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and resolve discrepancies efficiently

Experience

• Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment preferred
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and transcription
• Basic math skills for verifying order quantities and calculations
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Office experience involving filing, data collection, and general administrative duties is a plus

Compensation:

Pay: Starting at $21.00 to $23.00+ based on experience
