Position Summary

We’re seeking a Part-Time Outside Sales Representative based in the Austin Metro Area to manage established local grocery routes and build strong relationships with store clients. The position also involves visiting some clients in areas such as Georgetown (North) and Cedar Creek (South).

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and maintain relationships with assigned store clients (approximately 8 stores per route).
• Communicate with store managers during each visit and obtain approval before placing orders.
• Keep product sections clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Introduce and promote new products to customers.
• Make follow-up phone calls to clients outside the Austin area to take or confirm orders.
• Inform the company of any items not scanning or problems happening with the clients.

Schedule

• Two routes every two weeks (each route takes about 6–8 hours).
• Routes are typically completed Monday through Wednesday, early in the morning until the afternoon. Other days and times are possible but may require additional coordination.
• During routes, contact clients outside Austin to confirm orders.

Requirements

• Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – required.
• Previous sales experience. Preferably in the grocery or Hispanic market.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation

• Base salary to start.
• Plus commission based on performance after the initial period.
