We are a busy entrepreneurial conservative family based in beautiful Del Mar, CA. We homeschool our children and value hard work, initiative, and a positive attitude. We're looking for someone who fits naturally into a warm, active household and who genuinely loves dogs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, scrappy, and versatile part-time Personal Assistant to support our household two days per week. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in keeping a home running smoothly, can pivot between tasks without missing a beat, and brings energy and good humor to everything they do. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role — no task is too big or too small.

Schedule

Mondays 9-5pm Tuesdays 10-3pm & Wednesdays 9-5pm. Schedule may vary. Must be local to Del Mar or have reliable transportation.

Pay

$30/hourly

Responsibilities

• Household & Cleaning: General housekeeping and tidying
• Errands & Food: Running light errands (post office, supply runs, etc.), grocery shopping, and food/meal prepping.
• Pet Care: Dog walking and general care for the family dog.
• Misc.: Any tasks that's requested by the lady of the house.
  
  

Who You Are

You're dynamic and adaptable, scrappy and resourceful, organized and detail-oriented. You work well independently, take initiative, and don't need to be told twice. You're trustworthy, reliable, and discreet in a family home setting. Must have a clean background and driving record. Prior experience in a household or personal assistant role is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most.
