What we do:
You will be asked to provide excellent, top-notch pet care for animals of all shapes & sizes. We care for pets in all types of weather - hot, cold, rain or shine. You will also be responsible for walking dogs, cleaning up pet areas, feeding + medicating, and giving lots of TLC and belly rubs! You will also correspond with our clients and team on a regular basis, so great communication skills are a must. For our traveling clients, we also water plants, rotate lights/blinds, and bring in mail/packages.

You will need to drive to these visits, check in and out of visits using our mobile app, and write detailed, informative report cards with high quality photos to let clients know how their pets are doing.

Being a part of the Aggieland Pet Sitting team is a great source of supplemental income for someone with a flexible schedule. This is not regular work - You should have a separate reliable source of income. There are no guaranteed hours for this position - There may be no work at all some weeks, while other weeks could be very busy. We work when our clients need us, more so during the summer, weekends, and holidays. You must be available year round - This position is NOT seasonal. Please only apply if you can commit to all 12 months of the year.

Requirements:

• Over 18 years of age
• Pass a background check
• Comfortable handling pets of all shapes and sizes, in all types of weather (we walk a lot of strong dogs!)
• Reliable transportation & valid TX Driver's License
• Willing to travel within a 10-15 mile radius of your home
• Available for consistent hours, 3-5 days a week
• Smart phone (unlimited data preferred)
• Available on weekends and holidays
• Local full-time resident of Bryan/College Station (this is not a seasonal position)
• Dependable, responsible, detail-oriented, & a team player
• Able to react quickly and solve problems by thinking on your feet
• Able to commit for AT LEAST 6 months from date of hire
