What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional pet sitting services including feeding, water refresh, playtime, litter box care, and companionship
• Walk dogs of varying sizes and energy levels
• Follow detailed client instructions carefully to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both pet owners and team members throughout the day
• Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless coverage and excellent service across all visits
• Adapt to changing schedules and client needs with a team-first mindset

Requirements:

• Must love animals and enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate and able to pass a federal background check
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
• Own a smartphone and be comfortable using apps and messaging for real-time communication
• Be dependable in following instructions, schedules, and team protocols
• Understand that hours vary week to week and this role is intended as supplemental income
• Be willing to commit to a long term position. We are not looking for staff who are only available for a few months.
