Part-time Preschool Teacher

Job Description:

Ivybrook Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time preschool educator to join our team. This role is perfect for educators who love teaching but prefer a flexible, part-time schedule. Our blended Montessori and Reggio Emilia curriculum provides a hands-on, creative learning environment where students thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a joyful and engaging classroom environment that supports each child’s individuality
• Implement a curriculum that meets children where they are while preparing them for elementary school.
• Work collaboratively with fellow educators and parents to ensure student success
• Maintain open and effective communication with families
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and school events

Qualifications:

• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to child-centered learning
• Ability to support developmental milestones and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Experience in early childhood education
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
