Part-Time Project Manager (Web Projects) – Flexible, Remote, Contract Work

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in SEO and SEM, and will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Duties

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage the execution of projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize website content using SEO best practices.
• Utilize tools such as Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager for tracking project performance and analytics.
• Implement link building strategies to enhance website visibility on search engines.
• Oversee the management of content within content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress and address any issues.
• Analyze data related to conversion optimization and provide recommendations for improvements.

Experience

• Proven experience in project management within digital marketing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, SEM strategies, and search engine algorithms.
• Familiarity with Google products including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress is preferred.
• Knowledge of link building techniques and conversion optimization strategies is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
