Part-Time Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design & Fit-Out)

We are seeking a Part-Time Quantity Surveyor with experience in interior fit-out projects to support our project and commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and supporting project cost control activities on an as-needed or project basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for interior fit-out works
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and design changes
• Assist in tender preparation, pricing, and comparison
• Monitor project costs and variations
• Prepare and evaluate variation orders and final accounts
• Support procurement and subcontractor evaluations
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams
• Ensure cost control in line with project budgets and timelines
