We’re Red Letter Drones, a Christian‑led, family‑owned real estate media company serving the Tampa Bay area. We help real estate agents market their listings through photos, video, drone, and floor plans, while acting as a trusted extension of their team.

What This Role Is All About

As a Real Estate Photographer, you’ll:

• Work independently in the field
• Walk into client homes, brokerages, and professional industry settings with confidence and professionalism.
• Answer questions and guide Realtors, homeowners, and tenants through shoots
• Capture beautiful listing content (we’ll give you the training and tools to crush it.)
• Represent our brand joyfully, consistently, and professionally in every client interaction.

This is a client‑facing, on‑the‑go role that requires flexibility, reliability, and strong people skills.

Important: This is a variable‑hour, part‑time role. Some weeks are busier than others. Flexibility is a big perk, but it only works when everyone shows up, communicates, and follows through.

What You’ll Do

• Capture listing photos, video, drone, and floor plans (training provided)
• Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled shoots
• Set expectations and guide clients confidently during shoots
• Adapt calmly to real‑world surprises (weather, pets, people, schedule changes)
• Upload all files and notes accurately and on time
• Communicate proactively with our team and clients
• Confidently represent Red Letter Drones during brokerage visits, industry interactions, and professional settings
• Represent Red Letter Drones professionally at every appointment

• You’re a licensed, active Realtor (conflict of interest)

And that’s okay, not every role fits every person.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (2016 or newer vehicle)
• Comfortable driving between multiple locations daily
• Able to be on your feet and active during shoots
• Computer + reliable high‑speed internet for uploads
• iPhone 15 or 16 preferred
• Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 drone license (we pay and support you!)
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred

Photography experience is a plus, not required. We train you.
