About The Role

We are located in Pleasanton, CA and are looking for a part-time receptionist to join the team. This is an onsite role. Flexible daytime hours, 5 hours per day between Monday – Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This position plays an important role in keeping our office running smoothly. This position reports to the Executive Assistant to the President.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Enter invoices into Spectrum

Receive and sort mail and packages

Manage the front desk

Filing – paper and electronic

Shipping packages and mailing out correspondences

Maintain shipping log

Printing / Copying

Loading and unloading the dishwasher

Helping keep track of office supplies and letting EA know when things are needed

Coordinating office maintenance and appointments with EA

Routing contracts for internal approval and signature

Create monthly office calendar

Occasional lunch ordering and pick up

Miscellaneous accounting and admin projects and errands

About You

We are looking for someone that is friendly, smart, and extremely reliable. You are always willing to lend a hand and have great attention to detail.

Qualifications

1-2 years of administrative experience (accounting experience a plus)

Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
