We are currently seeking a
professional and organized Part-Time Receptionist
to support our growing clinical team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a structured healthcare environment, and values professionalism and discretion.
Position Overview
The Receptionist serves as the
first point of contact for patients and referring providers
, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from the first call through appointment scheduling.
You will play an essential role in supporting both patients and clinicians by managing front-desk operations, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate patient information.
Schedule
Part-Time

15–25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Patient Communication

Answer incoming calls from patients seeking therapy services

Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Provide general information about services and clinicians
Appointment Scheduling

Schedule and manage patient appointments using our electronic health record (EHR) system

Coordinate therapist availability and new patient intake appointments
Intake & Administrative Support

Collect patient demographic and insurance information
-
Assist with patient intake registration
-
Maintain accurate patient records in the system
Office Operations
-
Coordinate communication between patients and clinicians
-
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Assist the billing department
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
-
Prior front desk, medical receptionist, or medical office experience
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfort working with technology and scheduling software
-
Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Experience in
healthcare, mental health, or medical offices is a strong plus
