Part Time Receptionist

Description of the role:

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at Legacy Ford of McDonough, Inc. This role will involve greeting clients, answering phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:

$11 per hour

Schedule:

Week 1: Thursday and Friday - 4:00 pm-8:00 pm. Saturday - 8:00 am-6:00pm

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday- 4:00 pm-8:00 pm

Week 1 then starts again giving you 7 days off in a row.

There will be times where you are asked to fill in for others and you definitely have the opportunity to swap shifts with others at times.
