A Better Solution Insurance Services is a small business with offices located through Indian River and St. Lucie Counties. We are professional, collaborative, fast-paced and our goal is to build a long-standing relationship with clients and to provide the perfect insurance solutions for their needs. We have an opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist in our Port St. Lucie location.

The ideal candidate would have professional office related experience with the following skills :

  • Strong Customer Service experience with in-person and inbound/outbound calls
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Organized
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work indepdently
  • Possess excellent writing, reading and communication skills
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Google Drive/Calendar, CRM, Proficient Typing, Web-based applications
  • Work in a fast paced environment.
  • Meet office deadlines
  • Detail oriented, with a high attention to detail in regards to accuracy with documents
  • Professional Demeanor and Appearance
  • Reliable attendance

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in-person with a focus on customer service.
  • Answer and place phone calls to customers and companies in a clear and professional manner with a focus on customer service.
  • Data entry into CRM.
  • Keep the workplace clean and well-organized.
  • Serve as a point of contact for essentail clients matters via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Adminstrative tasks such filing, stuffing envelops/labels, taking messages, and making appointments.

Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm. Schedule is open to discussion, with a maxium of 25 hours a week.

***Important to note our busiest season is October through December. Reliability and attendance is a must during these months, with no options for extended time off. Our offices are Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, closes at 3pm on New Year's Eve, and closed on New Year's Day.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
