Location: Dubai
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, events, or as a promoter (perfume or luxury retail experience is an advantage)
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, objections, and problem-solving professionally
• Experience in sales reporting and daily/weekly submission of reports
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in engaging with customers
• Own valid UAE visa is mandatory
• Must be able to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current sponsor
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Duties & Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell niche perfume collections to customers
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by understanding client preferences and recommending suitable fragrances
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and feedback
• Assist during events, activations, and promotions
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Ensure proper product display, stock awareness, and store presentation
• Represent The Scent Library brand values at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week
