We are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition efforts for a fast-growing distribution company specializing in eco-friendly, high-performance food service and packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales within the UAE market and a strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships across the hospitality, retail, and distribution sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new B2B customers, including distributors, cafés, restaurants, catering companies, and retailers.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, referrals, and industry networking.

Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries or issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate with operations to meet service standards.

Sales Operations

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and contracts.
  • Track competitor activity, market trends, and pricing to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE (preferably in packaging, F&B supply, or fast-moving goods).
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • UAE driving license required.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
