Part-Time Social Media Content Creator

We need someone to capture the grit and the glory of excavation. You won’t just be sitting in an office; you’ll be heading out to job sites in Thurston, Mason, and Pierce counties to get the best shots.

• Capture & Edit: Film high-quality video (Reels/TikToks) and take photos of active job sites, heavy machinery, and completed projects.
• Storytelling: Turn technical processes—like septic engineering or utility trenching—into engaging, educational content.
• Engagement: Manage our social channels, respond to comments, and grow our local community presence.
• Consistency: Maintain a regular posting schedule that reflects our commitment to "Exceeding Expectations."

Who You Are

• Local & Mobile: You live in or near the Olympia area and have reliable transportation to visit various job sites.
• Visual Storyteller: You have a "good eye" and know how to use mobile editing apps (CapCut, Lightroom, etc.) to make raw footage look professional.
• Self-Starter: You don’t need a script. You can see a Deere excavator in action and know exactly how to frame the shot.
• Professional: You can represent the Bay Shore brand with the same integrity we’ve shown our customers for over 30 years.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
