The Nanny Haven is assisting a warm and welcoming family in Belmont, Massachusetts hire an experienced, nurturing and proactive infant nanny for a summer position caring for their daughter who will be 2 months old at the start date of June 1, 2026. This role is ideal for a professional nanny with strong infant experience who is looking for a structured, part-time (32 hour per week) summer schedule.

The family is also hiring a long term, Full-Time Nanny (45 hours per week) starting at the end of August. Must be willing to travel with the family 1-2 times per year, and have flexibility to add additional hours if needed. The fall schedule will have a guarantee of 45 hour per week.

Position Details

• Start Date: June 1, 2026
• End Date: Late August 2026 (option to begin 45 hours per week).
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Compensation: $30–$35 per hour, based on experience
• Location: Belmont, Massachusetts

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for an infant
• Support early developmental milestones through engaging, hands-on care
• Maintain consistent daily routines including feeding, naps, and diapering
• Create a safe, calm, and stimulating environment for the child
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding daily activities and progress
• Assist with baby-related tasks such as bottle preparation/cleaning, baby laundry, and tidying of child’s spaces

Ideal Candidate

• Highly experienced with infants, including knowledge of early development
• Warm, engaging, and attentive, with a genuine love for working with babies
• Hands-on and proactive, able to anticipate needs and take initiative
• Reliable and communicative, with a professional and positive demeanor
• Comfortable working in a home where parents may be present or working remotely
• Comfortable with pets in the home. One dog + One cat.
