Part Time Supplemental Midday Dog Walker

We are a professional, Fear Free certified pet sitting and dog walking company seeking a dependable Midday Dog Walker to join our team. We provide enrichment-based, low-stress visits and hold high standards for animal welfare and client service.

This role goes beyond caring for pets; it comes with significant responsibility and demands a high level of maturity. While loving pets is essential, we need someone who can handle our clients’ pets professionally, consistently, and thoroughly. Success requires patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality care every visit.

Schedule:
This is a part-time, supplemental role. Visits are scheduled based on client needs, primarily Monday–Friday between 11:00am–2:00pm. Availability during these hours is required, though the number of visits may fluctuate week to week.

Requirements:

• Must reside within our service area for timely, reliable client coverage
• Consistent weekday midday availability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions, including rain and snow
• Smartphone with daily Internet access for visit reports and communication
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and discretion
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow standard operating procedures
• Positive attitude, strong time management, and ability to work alone
• Comfortable walking dogs of all sizes and temperaments in all weather conditions
• Physically able for minimum of 30 minute walk, bending, and lifting
• Professional pet care experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
