Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Floater Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and enhancing the educational experience for students. This role involves working with children in various settings, including classroom instruction, The Teacher will play a crucial role in helping with our several classrooms thru lunch and naps and wake up time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development.
• Utilize various teaching methods, including hands-on activities and physical education, to cater to different learning styles.
• Maintain classroom organization and manage student behavior effectively.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.

Experience

• A background in private school settings is advantageous but not required.
• Working with children in a preschool setting.
