Job Overview

We Aspire Education is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Part-Time Trainer for Logistics & Supply Chain to conduct training sessions for students enrolled in our professional development programs.

The trainer will deliver practical, industry-relevant knowledge to help students understand logistics operations, supply chain management, and related processes.

Training Schedule

• Duration per session: 3 hours
• Frequency: Once per week
• Compensation: AED 70 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions on Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and learning activities for students.
• Explain industry concepts including:
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Warehousing
• Transportation
• Supply Chain Coordination
• Facilitate discussions and share real-world logistics examples.
• Evaluate student participation and provide feedback when necessary.
• Coordinate with the training management team regarding course schedules and materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
• Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or procurement is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and mentor students in a classroom environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of logistics operations in the UAE or GCC market.
• Ability to simplify complex supply chain concepts for learners.
• Professional attitude and strong punctuality.
