Part Time Tutors (Science, Maths, English )

London Educational Centre is a leading tutoring organization dedicated to providing high-quality academic support to students across all grade levels. We pride ourselves on delivering results-driven education through highly personalized instruction. We are currently seeking qualified, enthusiastic, and adaptable tutors for English, Mathematics, and Science who are passionate about teaching and capable of engaging students both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities:

Student-Centered Instruction

• Understand individual student learning goals and customize lesson plans accordingly.
• Develop and deliver tailored tutoring sessions, including for VIP and premium clients.
• Stay current with educational trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Create lessons that connect academic content with real-world applications.
• Collaborate closely with parents and academic teams to track and guide student progress.
• Participate in promotional and marketing initiatives, including social media content creation.
• Represent London Educational Centre in public events and high-level stakeholder interactions.

Academic Delivery & Support

• Conduct interactive and engaging classes that simplify complex topics.
• Assist students with homework and exam-based assignments.
• Incorporate revision into regular sessions to reinforce learning.
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to enhance student performance.

Communication & Collaboration

• Collaborate with fellow tutors to share best practices and support each other.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere.
• Report daily or weekly student progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents when necessary to provide updates or address concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

General Requirements (All Subjects):

• Minimum 2 years of recent teaching experience (Grades 1–12).
• Master's degree in a relevant subject (English, Maths, or Science).
• Strong lesson planning and communication skills.
• Positive, flexible, and student-focused teaching style.
• High motivation and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.

Additional Requirements by Subject:

For Maths & Science Tutors:

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Grades 10, 11, and 12 under IGCSE, A-Level, IB, or SABIS curricula.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage.

For English Tutors:

• Master’s degree in English Literature.
• TESOL/TEFL certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching IGCSE English and IELTS preparation.
• Strong command of English grammar, writing, and speaking.
