Part-Time Video Content Creator

Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Video Content Creator to work directly with Carolina Pintos, CEO and Owner, and in collaboration with our external marketing agency. This role focuses on filming and editing high-quality video content that supports our brand presence across social media and digital channels.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who excels at video production and editing. Strategic input is welcomed, but execution and reliability are the priority. If you’re comfortable taking direction from leadership, collaborating with an agency, and consistently delivering polished content, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Film and produce short-form video content in-clinic and on location
• Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
• Deliver videos in multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
• Work directly with Carolina Pintos to capture brand messaging and vision
• Collaborate with an external marketing agency to align content with campaigns
• Manage basic lighting, framing, and audio during shoots
• Organize raw and final video assets in shared folders
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines and production timelines

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience contributing creative ideas or content direction
• Familiarity with short-form video trends and storytelling
• Experience in wellness, beauty, healthcare, or service-based brands
• Understanding of how video content is used for organic social and paid ads

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience filming and editing social media video content
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong videography fundamentals (composition, lighting, audio)
• Understanding of social media best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with leadership and agencies
