Part-Time Website Developer & Maintenance Specialist (Remote | 5 Days/Week )

Monday- Friday (5 Hours a day )

We’re hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Website Developer & Maintenance Specialist to support the ongoing upkeep and improvement of two company websites. This is a remote, part-time position requiring approximately 5 days per week, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to make a real impact on our digital presence.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining website functionality, updating content, ensuring site security and performance, and handling basic eCommerce operations, including client payment features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly update website content, including text, images, course details, and blog posts
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (e.g., broken links, slow loading pages, outdated plugins)
• Perform security checks, site backups, and basic maintenance tasks
• Ensure all updates align with best practices for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
• Manage and maintain eCommerce functionality, including setting up and monitoring payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), updating pricing, and ensuring smooth transactions for clients
• Collaborate with the internal team to implement new features or improvements as needed
• Submit a weekly report summarizing completed work, site health, and suggestions for further improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing and maintaining websites (WordPress or similar CMS platforms preferred)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics or Search Console
• Experience handling basic eCommerce systems or online payments
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
• Clear communication skills and experience working in a remote environment
• Bonus: Experience managing multiple sites or integrating booking/payment features
