We are seeking a skilled YouTube SEO Expert to optimize and grow our YouTube channel. This role is focused on improving video rankings, driving organic traffic, boosting engagement, and maximizing subscriber growth. The candidate will work exclusively on one channel and ensure its content reaches the right audience through proven SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for YouTube content.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, and metadata for maximum visibility.
• Implement effective strategies to improve video rankings in YouTube search results and suggested videos.
• Develop SEO-driven content strategies to align with channel goals.
• Track analytics (CTR, watch time, impressions, retention, and conversions) and provide performance reports.
• Suggest improvements for thumbnails, content structure, and audience targeting.
• Stay updated on YouTube’s algorithm changes and best practices.
• Work closely with the content creator/team to ensure all uploads are optimized.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in YouTube SEO and channel growth.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio, analytics, and ranking strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar platforms.
• Ability to research trending topics and audience behavior.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity in improving thumbnails, tags, and descriptions to attract viewers.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience growing YouTube channels.
• Understanding of social media promotion strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to boost YouTube growth.
• Basic knowledge of video content strategy and audience engagement.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time (Flexible hours, approx. 10–15 hours per week).
