Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will work closely with dentists to deliver comprehensive oral health services while educating patients on preventive care and maintaining accurate medical records.

Duties

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, utilizing aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Assess patients' oral health by taking vital signs and reviewing medical histories.
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as part of preventive care.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Maintain infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination in the clinical environment.
• Document patient care activities accurately in medical records, adhering to confidentiality standards.

Experience
Candidates must have a current license to practice dental hygiene in Alabama. Familiarity with general dentistry is a plus, as is experience in assisting during dental procedures.
