We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected
Partner
to lead
deal origination, investment execution, capital raid and strategic portfolio development
. This role is critical to the firm’s ability to access and secure high-quality investment opportunities that are typically
off-market and relationship-driven

The ideal candidate brings a proven ability to
originate proprietary deal flow
, strong commercial judgment, and the capability to lead investments end-to-end — from sourcing to exit — while contributing to the overall strategy and growth of the firm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Investment Strategy & Thesis Development

Contribute to the development and refinement of the firm’s
investment strategy and thematic focus areas

Identify high-potential sectors based on
macro trends, capital flows, and structural inefficiencies

Translate strategic priorities into
clear sourcing mandates and investment pipelines
-
Continuously assess global and regional markets to refine the firm’s positioning and competitive edge
2. Deal Sourcing & Origination
-
Lead sourcing efforts across Saudi Arabia, MENA, and global markets
-
Build and maintain a
robust pipeline of high-quality, proprietary investment opportunities
-
Leverage personal network to access:

Founders and operators
-
Early shareholders and sellers
-
Venture capital firms and co-investors
-
Family offices and strategic stakeholders
-
Secure participation in
highly competitive and oversubscribed deals

Identify opportunities in:

Primary rounds (early-stage to growth)

Secondary transactions

Structured or control-oriented investments

Establish the firm as a
preferred investor of choice
among top-tier founders
3. Investment Evaluation & Due Diligence

Lead comprehensive evaluation of investment opportunities, including:

Business model assessment
-
Unit economics analysis (LTV/CAC, margins, payback periods)
-
Product–market fit validation (retention, engagement, growth quality)
-
Go-to-market strategy effectiveness
-
Oversee and validate:

Financial modeling and valuation
-
Market sizing and competitive positioning

Risk assessment and downside scenarios

Ensure all investment decisions are grounded in
data-driven analysis and commercial logic
4. Investment Execution & Deal Structuring

Lead the full investment lifecycle:

Initial screening

Deep due diligence

Investment committee presentation

Negotiation and execution
-
Structure investments to optimize:

Risk-adjusted returns
-
Governance rights
-
Strategic influence (including potential majority positions where applicable)

Negotiate term sheets, shareholder agreements, and transaction documentation

Coordinate with legal, financial, and external advisors throughout execution
5. Portfolio Management & Value Creation

Maintain active oversight of portfolio companies

Provide strategic guidance on:

Unit economics optimization

Market expansion

Support portfolio companies in:

Follow-on funding rounds

Strategic partnerships

Key hires and organizational scaling

Identify underperformance early and implement corrective strategies

Contribute to exit planning and execution (M&A, secondary sales, IPO readiness)
6. Relationship Management & Ecosystem Development

Build and maintain deep relationships across the ecosystem, including:

Represent the firm at:

7. Fundraising & Investor Relations

Support fundraising activities for current and future funds

Engage with limited partners (LPs), including:

Participate in due diligence processes with prospective LPs
