Position: Capital Markets Lawyer

Location: Delhi

Experience: 10–12 years

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Capital Markets Lawyer to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and private placements.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of post-qualification experience in capital markets practice .
• Proven track record of handling IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and other capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of SEBI, company law, and securities regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Must bring a book of clients/business relationships .
