Our client seeking a senior leader at Partner level to spearhead our Data Centers Advisory practice. This role will focus on advising investors, operators, hyperscalers, governments, and sovereign wealth funds on the strategy, design, financing, and operation of data centers across global markets.

The Partner will be responsible for building and leading client relationships, shaping complex engagements, driving thought leadership, and expanding our market presence in the fast-growing digital infrastructure and data center ecosystem.

• Lead the firm s Data Center Advisory go-to-market strategy across the Middle East and internationally.

• Originate and drive large-scale client engagements, including market entry, transaction support, regulatory advisory, ESG, and operational optimization.

• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships with hyperscalers, telecoms, infrastructure investors, REITs, and sovereign entities.

• Establish the firm as a recognized thought leader in digital infrastructure and data centers, representing the practice at conferences, summits, and in the media.

• Lead end-to-end advisory engagements spanning strategy, financial structuring, design, construction oversight, and operational optimization.

• Provide C-suite level advice on digital infrastructure investment strategies, hyperscaler partnerships, colocation models, and sustainability frameworks.

• Oversee cross-disciplinary teams (finance, real estate, engineering, digital) to deliver integrated solutions.

• Build and scale a regional/global Data Centers Advisory team, including developing specialist capabilities in transaction advisory, ESG, AI/data workloads, and infrastructure delivery.

• Partner with adjacent service lines (e.g., M&A, Consulting, Tax, Real Estate, Technology, ESG) to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.

• Mentor and develop future leaders within the practice.

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or industry roles within data centers, digital infrastructure, cloud, or telecoms.

• Proven track record of originating, selling, and delivering large advisory engagements (USD 10M+ revenue annually).

• Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Market strategy & investment advisory for data centers.

  • Transaction advisory / corporate finance for infrastructure.

  • Real estate, engineering, or construction oversight for large-scale builds.

  • Operations optimization & digital transformation of data centers.

• Strong network with hyperscalers, telecoms, sovereign funds, private equity, or infrastructure investors.

• Proven leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams in a Big 4 or top-tier consulting environment.

• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology-related field preferred; MBA desirable.
