Managing Partner – HVAC Sales & Service

We are looking for an experienced Managing Partner (individual or company) to develop, lead and grow our HVAC Sales & Service division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive HVAC projects, AMC, and service business
• Lead end-to-end project execution and technical operations
• Build and manage HVAC engineers, supervisors, and technicians
• Handle client acquisition, proposals, costing, and negotiations
• Ensure quality execution, safety, and profitability

Eligibility:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC projects and services
• Strong technical knowledge (VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHU, Ducting, etc.)
• Proven team-handling and project management capability
• Entrepreneurial mindset (for partnership role)

Engagement Model:

• Equity / Profit-sharing / Strategic partnership (mutually agreed)

Senior HVAC professionals or established HVAC companies looking to scale through partnership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,250.34 - ₹100,000.00 per month
