Our client is seeking to hire a Partner to lead and grow their Private Client Practice (PCP) in Dubai. The role involves driving the firm’s strategic vision in the Middle East, building a strong local presence, and delivering high-impact advisory to HNIs, family offices, and business families across India and the GCC region.

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for someone who can independently build, manage, and scale the Dubai practice, while collaborating closely with senior leadership in India.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the Private Client & Tax practice in Dubai, focusing on estate planning, succession advisory, tax structuring, family governance, and wealth planning.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the UAE, India, and broader GCC markets (Qatar, Bahrain, Dubai).

Build and enhance the firm’s presence in the region by driving business development and client acquisition.

Manage and execute complex cross-border mandates with seamless coordination with the India HQ.

Provide strategic inputs to management on practice growth, resourcing, and market opportunities.

Represent the firm in external forums, conferences, and private wealth networks.
Candidate Profile

Qualification: Lawyer or Chartered Accountant (open to both).

Experience: 8–15 years in private client advisory, estate planning, tax, structuring, or succession—preferably with a top-tier law firm, consulting firm, or boutique advisory practice.

Exposure to the Middle East market is preferred; strong India-focused candidates open to relocation will also be considered.

Commercial mindset with the ability to build a practice from scratch.

Strong interpersonal, execution, and client-handling capabilities.

Ability to work closely with senior management and influence decision-making.
