Partner Relations Associate

Institutes of Health (IOH) is a leader in providing comprehensive behavioral medicine and medical psychology services. With our recent expansion in Anaheim, we are looking for a Partner Relations Associate to drive market growth, establish strong referral networks, and enhance our impact in the Anaheim area.

The Role

This role is key to driving business development and building strong relationships within the Workers’ Compensation community. You’ll help grow IOH’s presence, support events, and communicate our services to partners.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with employers, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders
• Assist in account management, presentations, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Track performance metrics and maintain CRM records
• Support events like clinic tours, trade shows, and educational seminars
• Educate partners on IOH services and value propositions

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or customer service (healthcare or Workers’ Compensation a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and CRM proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
