Partner Sales Manager

Matillion is seeking a high-performing Partner Sales Manager in the UAE to drive both direct and indirect revenue growth through strategic partner relationships across the Middle East. This role combines quota-carrying sales responsibilities with the development and management of a robust partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for selling Matillion solutions directly via partners, identifying and onboarding new channel partners, and creating joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and achieve a direct sales quota through partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new technology, consulting, and reseller partners in the UAE region.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, including co-selling strategies, marketing initiatives, and enablement programs.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to partners to ensure they can successfully sell Matillion solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize partner-driven revenue.
  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and SaaS ecosystem developments.
