LeoRose Consulting is hiring a full-time W2 Partner Success Director to work at our client location in Rockville, MD. Grant experience is a plus but not required, project management experience is highly valued. Role is mid-career. Candidates should have 4-6 years of relevant experience.

This role is based in the DMV and primarily remote. Candidates should be able to travel within the DMV for meetings based in-person requirements periodically (less than 10%). Clients must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

This is a government-wide IT implementation effort to standardize and transform the way the government agencies evaluate, manage and accept applications for their distinct grant programs. Software and business solutions will generally be human capital, change management, operations, business process, strategic communications, performance management related with strong project management best practices.

Partner Success Director Responsibilities:

As a Partner Success Director, you will ensure Partner Success by:

  • Having a comprehensive understanding of and documenting the Partner’s grants management business and operational objectives to include Partner roles and responsibilities, grants business functions, workflows, reports, and unique Partner needs.
  • Ensuring daily operational Partner success with their use of client systems and services, providing direction and guidance to supporting Partner Success Analyst.
  • Managing Partner expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project status while managing the scope and monitoring scheduled target dates.
  • Reporting to Partner Account Director all issues/concerns that need to be escalated and ensuring they have a comprehensive operational status of Partner.
  • Facilitating presentations on an executive level to external and/or internal leadership.
  • Supporting business process gap analysis (FIT GAP) activities to identify Partner specific business process improvements and potential client systems/service enhancements.
  • Identifying and resolving end-user issues or other support needs through email, phone, chat or on-site meetings.
  • Conducting user acceptance or system testing on behalf the Partner in support of system releases.
  • Assisting the team with pertinent communications to Partners as it relates to their business process, system updates, or other grants management news.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our business software solution and go-to a resource to the client and your peers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of experience in a customer facing role. Grants Management experience is a plus.
  • You have strategy and organization management consulting experience.
  • You are a creative problem solver, take initiative and proactively communicate with your team and customers to ensure program success.
  • You are a team player.
  • You have experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Service now, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Financial interfaces (UFMS, HIGLAS) experience is a plus.
  • You are organized, thoughtful of planning, and have strong customer service/account management skills.
  • You excel in verbal and written communications.
  • You are self motivated, adapt quickly, and are comfortable working in a fast paced technology environment with people from all backgrounds in all levels of an organization.
  • You are comfortable working and trouble shooting in IT systems and committed to active learning through a variety of methods (webinars, powerpoint, video instruction, peer shadowing, reading, research, etc.).
  • You can travel locally in/around the DC, Maryland, Virginia metro area and can obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
