OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
PROFILE FOR EFFECTIVENESS:
The
Partnerships – Gift Cards
will support the growth of the Shukran Gift Cards business across physical, digital, and partner channels, with a particular focus on expanding B2B sales. This role involves sales support, partnership coordination, and program execution to drive revenues, improve customer engagement, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Sales & Growth

Support the delivery of sales and revenue targets across all channels (consumer, B2B, digital, partner)

Take a proactive role in driving B2B growth by identifying and approaching corporate clients, aggregators, and distributors

Prepare and coordinate proposals, offers, and presentations for corporate and partner clients.

Track and maintain the sales pipeline, account activity, and performance dashboards
Partnership Coordination

Manage day-to-day relationships with partners across all channels, with closer management of B2B and corporate clients

Support onboarding and integration of new partners, ensuring timely completion of documentation and system setup

Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, invoicing, and compliance requirements

Monitor partner sales performance and provide regular feedback and improvement suggestions
Marketing & Promotions

Work with the Marketing team to implement campaigns and initiatives that boost gift card awareness and sales across consumer and B2B channels

Support the execution of seasonal, tactical, and partner-specific promotions both online and in-store

Track campaign effectiveness and share learnings to enhance future performance
Program Operations

Support the daily operations of the gift card program, including issuance, redemption, reporting, and reconciliations.

Assist with product enhancements, launches, and integration with loyalty and payment systems.

Work with internal teams (Finance, IT, Customer Care, Marketing) to resolve operational issues and deliver seamless execution
Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and report on key metrics such as sales, redemptions, breakage, and channel performance

Provide insights and recommendations with a focus on optimizing B2B sales and overall growth

Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and market/competitor insights
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

3–5 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or account management, ideally in retail, loyalty, or payments
-
Strong interest in sales and business development, particularly in the B2B space

Good communication and presentation skills with ability to engage external clients

Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; CRM experience is a plus

Based in Dubai, UAE
