Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and eager Partnership & Business Development Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to support the growth of WalaOne’s partner network and digital loyalty ecosystem. In this role, you will assist in developing partnerships, supporting client relationships, and promoting WalaOne’s loyalty and rewards solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to help deliver value-driven initiatives that enhance user experiences and contribute to the company’s growth goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with partners, merchants, and corporate clients across WalaOne’s loyalty and rewards network.
  • Assist in promoting WalaOne’s products and services by understanding partner needs and helping tailor solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and follow up on new partnership and business development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and finance) to support partner onboarding and ongoing activities.
  • Assist in preparing partnership documentation and agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor partnership performance and support the preparation of reports and insights to improve engagement and results.
  • Respond to partner inquiries and assist in resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, communications, and performance data.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or partnerships (experience within SaaS, loyalty programs, or digital platforms is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in building long-term business relationships.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage tasks independently under guidance.
