Role Overview

The Partnerships Coordinator serves as the Revenue & Growth Engine of LoveChild.

This role focuses on building partnerships that bring external capital, brand collaborations, and new audiences into the LoveChild ecosystem.

In experiential businesses, sponsorships and partnerships often exceed ticket revenue, making this one of the most impactful roles in the company.

Responsibilities

Brand Sponsorship Outreach

  • Identify and secure brand sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop partnership proposals and pitch decks
  • Negotiate partnership agreements

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop consumer campaign collaborations
  • Build B2B relationships with brands and organizations
  • Coordinate brand integrations during events

Business Development

  • Identify venue buyouts and third-party activations
  • Develop relationships with event producers and collaborators
  • Expand LoveChild’s partner network

Brand Activations

  • Coordinate partner activations within events
  • Ensure sponsors receive agreed deliverables

Required Experience

  • 2–5 years experience in partnerships, sponsorship sales, or business development
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Preferred experience:

  • experiential marketing
  • sponsorship sales
  • entertainment or hospitality partnerships

Portfolio Requirement

Compensation

Monthly Retainer $3,500 – $4,000

Commission 10–15% of partnership deals

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
