Key Responsibilities
Events & Onsite Marketing
- Plan and execute onsite events, activations, and special promotions.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, staffing, and event-day execution.
- Ensure onsite branding, signage, and customer communication materials are implemented correctly.
- Work with operations teams to support upselling initiatives and customer engagement.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Support the development and execution of brand partnerships, school engagements, community programs, and corporate collaborations.
- Coordinate influencer visits, cross-promotions, and joint activities with partner brands.
- Maintain documentation, follow-ups, and reporting for each partnership.
PR & Award Submissions
- Assist with press release coordination, media communication, and PR activities.
- Prepare documentation, write-ups, and submissions for industry awards.
- Maintain relationships with media professionals and PR partners.
General Marketing Support
- Work with the social media and design teams to support content needs for events and partnerships.
- Assist in executing marketing broadcasts (email, WhatsApp) as needed.
- Contribute to SEO, loyalty program tasks, or other marketing areas when required.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare post-event reports with performance data, insights, and improvement recommendations.
- Track partnership outcomes, PR coverage, and onsite campaign performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Events Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or PR.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to manage on-ground activations.
- Good communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
