Damen Middle East is looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to ensure our global marketing activities run seamlessly. You will provide critical operational, administrative, and financial support to our marketing management team, helping to maintain Damen’s high standards in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, content, and channel operations.
- Logistics: Manage travel, internal events, meetings, and departmental visits for the management team.
- Financial Coordination: Handle budget administration, ERP-related cost entries, purchase orders, and supplier invoicing.
- Alignment: Facilitate smooth communication between Marketing and other global divisions, preparing periodic reports for internal stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, office management, or resource management.
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting tools (e.g., SAP, MXP) and Microsoft Office.
- A structured, results-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-departmental environment.
