Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Administrator to support our event operations. The role involves coordinating event logistics, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks for events and activations
  • Prepare event proposals, quotations, invoices, and documentation
  • Assist in planning and scheduling events, including timelines and logistics
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain records of bookings, contracts, and payments
  • Support permit applications and approvals (malls, communities, etc.)
  • Track inventory and coordinate with warehouse for event requirements
  • Assist in preparing reports and post-event summaries
  • Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in administration or event coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (English required)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in event management or entertainment industry
  • Familiarity with UAE event permits and processes
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and documentation
