About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to support content execution, communication, coordination, and day-to-day operational follow-through across multiple brands and internal projects.

This is a hands-on role inside a fast-moving agency environment. The person in this role will contribute across social media, content support, coordination, and administrative execution to help keep both client work and internal operations moving at a high standard.

This role is suited for someone who is organized, responsive, creative, detail-conscious, and comfortable working across both marketing output and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support social media presence across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Create, adapt, and publish content aligned with each brand’s direction, tone, and positioning
• Write captions, format posts, and support short-form content execution across multiple accounts
• Capture and edit basic photo and video content using mobile devices and relevant editing tools
• Respond to messages, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Support follow-up, coordination, and internal communication related to leads, clients, and ongoing tasks
• Assist with scheduling content, organizing reports, maintaining trackers, and managing shared resources
• Coordinate with internal team members, clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution
• Use design, editing, productivity, and AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and quality of work
• Support general agency operations during busy periods, including tasks that may fall outside strict social media execution

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Ability to create or adapt content for different brands and industries
• Good eye for visuals, pacing, and short-form content
• Strong written English with the ability to write clearly and appropriately for different audiences
• High level of organization, follow-through, and responsiveness
• Comfortable handling both creative work and coordination tasks
• Able to work in a growing agency where flexibility and ownership are important
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta tools, scheduling platforms, Google Workspace, and AI tools is preferred

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content, or a related role
• Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment is preferred

Language Requirements

• English with a high degree of fluency is required
• Arabic is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
