As part of the Enterprise Sales Organization, the Alliances and Partnerships team main aim is to drive profitable revenue growth, through nurturing existing and developing new long-term strategic Partnerships. These Partnerships allow us to expand our market reach, complement our solutions portfolio, as well as our service capabilities across various Industries.
We are seeking a Partnership Manager to lead strategic alliances with telecommunication operators and government agencies/BFSI entities. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, enabling digital transformation, and expanding Unifonic’s footprint in Saudi Arabia in alignment with Vision 2030.
You will manage government programs partnerships, ensuring compliance, strategic alignment, and impactful outcomes while fostering strong relationships with public sector stakeholders and Telco partners.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
Developing and managing strategic partnerships with government agencies and telecommunication operators to deliver joint programs and solutions.
Design and execute partnership strategies aligned with Unifonic’s CPaaS offerings and Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
Driving revenue growth through collaborative models, including sell-with, sell-through, and sell-to approaches.
Overseeing government-funded initiatives, ensuring compliance, timely delivery, and alignment with program objectives.
Maintaining accurate pipeline data in CRM systems and providing regular updates to leadership on partnership performance and risks.
Representing Unifonic at official meetings, conferences, and strategic forums to strengthen relationships and promote joint opportunities.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure successful partner engagement and customer outcomes.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
4–6 years in partner management, alliances, or channel sales, ideally within Telco or BFSI sectors and government programs.
Strong understanding of CPaaS, SaaS, telecom ecosystems, and public sector procurement processes.
Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and government initiatives in MEA.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
