Partnership Manager (Offerwalls / In-App UA)

We're building a performance-driven user acquisition platform focused on high-quality mobile users - with a strong emphasis on offerwall and in-app distribution models.

We're now looking for a Partnership Manager who already understands how this market actually works - not from theory, but from hands-on experience.

This role is for you if you've worked with:

  • - Offerwalls, SDK publishers, in-app inventory
  • - CPI / CPA / CPE performance models
  • - Traffic quality, retention, post-install events

What you'll do (high level):

  • - Build and scale strategic partnerships on the supply and demand side
  • - Communicate with studios, networks, and publishers in the language they trust
  • - Evaluate traffic quality and partnership economics
  • - Work closely with UA, product, and operations to scale what works

What matters to us:

  • - Proven experience in Offerwalls or In-App Acquisition
  • - Deep understanding of how value is created after install
  • - Strong network or the ability to build one fast
  • - Pragmatic mindset - you care about numbers, not buzzwords
