A fast-growing, performance-driven agency is looking to appoint a Head of Performance to lead and scale its performance marketing function across key regional and international accounts.

This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise , and who thrives in building teams, frameworks, and measurable growth engines.

The Role

As Head of Performance, you will:

• Own the overall performance strategy across paid media, growth, and conversion
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team
• Set performance frameworks, KPIs, and best practices across clients
• Partner closely with leadership, strategy, and creative teams to drive results
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, translating data into actionable insights
• Stay ahead of performance trends, platforms, and emerging technologies

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading performance marketing at agency or high-growth environments
• Strong background across paid media, growth, analytics, and optimization
• Experience managing teams and senior stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a focus on impact and accountability
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
