Job Summary:
In Charge of the relationship with licensors, partners and Scientific Offices for under license products.
Duties:
-
Analyze the forecast from All SO (based on historical data ) , and negotiate with concerned parties to execute the actual yearly demand

Manage relationship with licensors, partners and SO’s regarding existing products.

Issue monthly and quarterly forecast plan based upon market need as well licensors forecasts
-
Monitor weekly actual outcomes of production verses the plan and advise in case changes are requested to reach maximum market fulfillment.

Quarterly S&OP’s meetings with the Licensor & all SO to assess the validity of the forecast achievement.

Participate in commercial updates with the licensors implying (Currency-compensations-free of charge amount –cost changes –profitability Margin).

Coordinate with SC/planning department to ensure delivery based on cutoff dates.

Address FP inventory levels for each partner in coordination with IT and SC.

Assist in negotiation of commercial terms and conditions per partner to maintain the acceptable level of profitability per product in collaboration with commercial team.

Draft and review commercial contracts, follow up on the full cycle with concerned departments.

Follow up on regulatory obligations in coordination with RA departments for each partner.

Responsible to direct new potential business coming from existing /non existing partners to BD department.

Design and implement new IT systems and models aiming to digitalize and automate the commercial function for each partner. For example but not limited to, forecasts, actual sales, delivered quantity and time, rejected quantity etc… using modern systems to support decision making.

Performs any additional tasks if requested.
Job Requirements:
Experience:

Total 9-12 years of relevant experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain /Commercial position in pharmaceutical industry.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
Training:
Knowledge:

Advance knowledge in approaches and techniques needed to schedule, control, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of production operations

Knowledge in managing the complete flow of materials in a supply chain, from suppliers to customers.

Project Management to execute partnership projects.
