Responsibilities
[Strategic & Growth Responsibilities]
- Identify, research, and develop strategic partnerships opportunities that drive buyer growth and brand visibility
- Collaborate with related teams (Account Management, Product, Social, Merchandising, etc.) to integrate partnerships into broader business development initiative
- Develop and manage co-marketing programs with external partners to maximize reach, engagement, and buyer acquisition
- Define success metrics and evaluate partner and event performance
- Lead partnership negotiations, contract coordination, and event participation logistics
[Trade Show Management]
- Identify, research, and find trade shows to attend or sponsor to drive buyer growth and brand visibility
- Represent FASHIONGO at all trade shows and industry events, leading on-site activation, buyer engagement, and relationship building
- Plan and execute trade show participation end-to-end:
- Coordinate booth design, signage, and promotional materials
- Manage logistics: shipping, inventory, setup, and teardown
- Work with vendors to ensure seamless collaboration
- Act as primary point of contact for partners pre, during and post events
- Track and report on ROI and lead generation from events.
[Event Management]
- Own the planning and execution of FASHIONGO’s sales/premier buyer events in collaboration with the RS team and external partners
[Influencer Management ]
- Coordinate campaigns involving influencer content and communicate with the influencers
- Share influencer content results with the social team and share content for ads
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5+ years of professional experience in B2B event/trade show marketing, partnership, or strategic alliances, preferably within e-commerce, B2B platforms, marketplaces, or the fashion/retail industry.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing trade shows or industry events, including vendor coordination, booth operations, logistics management, and on-site engagement.
- Proven experience managing partnerships and co-marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, or revenue growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Social media marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience with B2B marketplaces, e-commerce, or the wholesale fashion industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with wholesale buyer behavior, industry networks, and trade show ecosystems is a plus.

Pay range
The pay range for the position in Los Angeles, CA is $65,000 - $75,000 (yr).
We maintain salary ranges for each role to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and location, as well as to reflect comparable experience across our industry and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed within these ranges based on the aforementioned factors and internal peer equity.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
