that bring qualified property buyers to Dubai.
Your core mission is simple:
Connect with banks, private banking teams, loyalty program managers, travel & lifestyle networks, and high-value affiliates
Build win-win partnerships that generate steady buyer referrals

Responsibilities

Identify and connect with
banks worldwide
(wealth managers, private banking officers, loyalty product teams).

Build partnerships with
airline & travel loyalty programs
, corporate rewards platforms, and fintech apps.

Develop and manage
affiliate relationships
with influencers, expat groups, financial content creators, and investment communities.

Create partnership structures (reward points, referral fees, co-branded offers, etc.).

Maintain strong communication with global partners and ensure a
steady pipeline of buyer referrals

Track performance and optimize partnership ROI.
Requirements

Experience in
business development, partnerships, or affiliate management
(any industry).

Strong international communication skills.

Ability to outreach, negotiate, and build long-term relationships.

Comfortable working with KPIs and performance-driven goals.

Understanding of real estate or financial products is a plus, not mandatory.
