Implement a systematic, process driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
Identify and source partnership opportunities through proper market analysis and research to generate interest and achieve the bank strategic objectives.
Design and tailor new solutions/products for partners to reach the maximum benefit across all products.
Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with bank’s strategic objectives.
Deliver a unique experience to our partners and keep an ongoing relationship to grow the partnerships.
Oversee the execution of the partnerships and engage with the stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation/ execution.
Interact with all the business functions to leverage the existing relationships & capitalize on it.
Keep a track of all products within the scope of the partnership and the utilization of each.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 – 10 years of banking or fintech experience
