Partnerships Lead

Cairo, Egypt

Job description:

  • Implement a systematic, process driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through proper market analysis and research to generate interest and achieve the bank strategic objectives.
  • Design and tailor new solutions/products for partners to reach the maximum benefit across all products.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with bank’s strategic objectives.
  • Deliver a unique experience to our partners and keep an ongoing relationship to grow the partnerships.
  • Oversee the execution of the partnerships and engage with the stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation/ execution.
  • Interact with all the business functions to leverage the existing relationships & capitalize on it.
  • Keep a track of all products within the scope of the partnership and the utilization of each.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years of banking or fintech experience
  • Preferrable sales background
  • Fluent English language
