Partnerships, Community & PR Lead - KFC

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Partnerships, Community & PR Lead to spearhead brand-building partnerships that deliver real business results. This role is responsible for generating revenue and driving brand affinity through high-impact collaborations—ranging from retail tie-ups and product innovations to cultural sponsorships, gaming associations, and community engagement platforms.

The intent is to build a pipeline of iconic, locally resonant partnerships —across retail, gaming, innovation, sponsorships, and more—that elevate KFC’s distinctiveness and community connect in the region. That said, it’s equally anchored in commercial impact . Revenue generation will be a core KPI , with a clear mandate to deliver high-value, scalable collaborations that drive growth. The role will work closely with local market marketing leads to ensure seamless execution and commercial traction on-ground.

Based in KSA—our largest and most strategic market—this role will work across key MENA markets, identifying and activating partnership opportunities that are locally relevant, culturally resonant, and commercially accretive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth Through Partnerships : Lead the strategy and execution of blockbuster brand partnerships that directly contribute to topline growth and consumer love.
  • Regional Opportunity Scouting : Actively identify local and regional collaboration opportunities across categories (FMCG, tech, retail, gaming, lifestyle, etc.) that fit KFC’s brand DNA and drive distinctiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Work hand-in-hand with local market marketing leads to bring ideas to life—from concept to in-market execution—ensuring alignment to commercial and brand goals.
  • Community & Culture-First Activation : Build programs that anchor KFC in local culture—whether through sponsorships, youth engagement, content creators, or community initiatives.
  • PR & Brand Reputation : Support storytelling around partnerships and community presence, working with PR teams and agencies to maximize earned media and cultural traction.
  • Results & Impact : Track and evaluate the commercial, brand, and consumer impact of all partnerships. Optimize future strategy based on learnings.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • 8–12 years of experience in brand partnerships, marketing, innovation, or PR roles
  • Proven track record of structuring and activating high-value brand collaborations
  • Strong cultural intuition and market understanding across GCC/MENA
  • Ability to build influence and alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with a sharp eye for execution, creativity, and ROI
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Willing to travel across the region
