About the Role

FalakCart is building a scalable affiliate and partnership ecosystem, and we are looking for a Partnership Manager who can build, activate, and grow a network of agencies and freelance marketers.


This is not a traditional marketing role.

This is a growth and revenue-driven role focused on partnerships , execution, and results.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Acquiring and onboarding marketing agencies into FalakCart’s affiliate program
  • Building and scaling a network of freelance affiliates
  • Activating partners and ensuring they generate real transactions and revenue
  • Managing and growing long-term relationships with partners
  • Continuously expanding the partnership pipeline
  • Driving measurable growth through partner channels


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Partnerships / Business Development / Affiliate / Performance Marketing
  • Proven ability to build and grow partnerships from scratch
  • Strong commercial mindset with focus on results, not activity
  • Experience working with agencies or freelancers is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Arabic and English


What Success Looks Like:

  • You build a strong network of active agencies and affiliates
  • Partners are consistently generating revenue
  • You create a scalable growth channel, not just relationships
